This presentation discusses if the urban segregation is a bad phenomenon and the Implications for the Law. Juli Ponce tries to find what is the relationship between mixed communities and sustainable cities and what are the relationships between urban competitiveness, social sustainability and affordable housing? How is affordable housing linked to social sustainability and why is it crucial to urban sustainable development.
