Séminaire « Sociologie politique de la Turquie contemporaine »Ulusal düzeyde yoğun tartışmalara sebep olan başkanlık sisteminin Türkiye’nin yerel siyaset ölçeğinde çoktandır tecrübe edilmekte olduğu sunuşun temel tezi olacak. Nitekim başat yerel yönetim kuruluşu olan belediyelerin, merkezi yönetimin vesayet hatta güdümünde kentsel konulardan sorumlu bir hizmet makamı olmaktan, ekonomi ve siyasette yaşanan değişiklikler sonucu, çok önemli bir iktidar alanını temsil eder hale geldiklerini ve bu sürecin de belediye başkanlarını yerel siyaset içinde hegemonik bir konuma taşıdığını iddia edeceğim. Paysage littéraire de la Géorgie contemporaine

À l'occasion de cette table ronde, les écrivains Lela Kodalachvili et Lasha Boughadzé exploreront les enjeux à l'œuvre dans le champ littéraire géorgien à partir de l'ère post-soviétique des années 1990, puis des années 2000 avec l'arrivée d'une nouvelle génération d'écrivains à la démarche « subversive ». Les deux auteurs s'attacheront à montrer que ces enjeux littéraires sont autant le reflet que la conséquence des mutations que traverse la société depuis que la Géorgie a retrouvé son indépendance.
