Michel Déqué is Engeneer at Météo-France. Born in 1956, student at Ecole Polytechnique in 1975-1978, he has spent a researcher career in meteorology since this date. Since 1991, he is head of ARPEGE-Climat research group, in charge of numerical climate modeling.
