
Scanlon, Kathleen
Kathleen Scanlon is a Research Fellow at LSE London, a research centre specialising in urban and housing issues at the London School of Economics. Her research interests range from the role of archaeology in the planning process to the duties of neighbourhood wardens on deprived housing estates, but her main focus is European comparative work.
Recently she has been working on a study of private rented housing across Europe. She has co-ordinated three projects of the ENHR Housing Finance Working Group on mortgage finance in developed countries. She has edited and contributed to several books including two volumes of Social Housing in Europe.
