
Traore, Issa (19..-....)
Issa Traoré, also known as Ken Lagare, is a record producer and musician. He graduated from the National Institute of Arts of Bamako (Mali), and has a Master’s of Music from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers Multimédia Balla Fasseké Kouyaté. He has worked as an intern at the Bogolan Studio in Bamako. He attended the Audio Recording Engineer Practicum at the Banff Centre from Sept 2019 to March 2020. He has a studio in which he records, mixes and masters music production such as Jazz, Mandingue Music, Pop Music, and Reggae. When not mixing and recording, Issa plays the piano, and traditional instruments from Mali such as the djembe, the balafon, and the Taman.
