Hans Siebers has studied social sciences and history. Currently, he is an associate professor at Tilburg School of Humanities, Tilburg University, the Netherlands. His research focuses on diversity,
ethnic identity and ethno-migrant inequality involving migrants and non-migrants in work
settings as well as on discourses on migrants and migration in politics and media. He has published
in books by, for example, Edward Elgar, Ashgate, Routledge, SAGE and Kluwer, and in several
journals, including Work, Employment and Society, International Sociology, Current Sociology,
International Review of Modern Sociology, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Journal of
Management and Organization, South African Journal of Labour Relations and International
Journal on Multicultural Societies.
