Descriptif
Éric Brun, former Secretary General of the French National Observatory on the Effects of Global Warming, (ONERC) and IPCC Focal Point for France, explains what the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is in this video.
He shows how it is organised and how it works, and then shines a spotlight on the value of their reports for political negotiations, notably during Conferences of the Parties (COP) on the climate.
