New Media and Digital Culture I’m an Amsterdam-based scholar of new media and digital culture (Media Studies) and internet-related research. My research interests and expertise covers digital methods and internet studies, social media and platform studies, app studies, software studies, and data studies. Since 2014, I’ve held different academic (research and teaching) positions at the University of Siegen (Germany), Utrecht University, and the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands). Additionally, I have a background in Graphic Design, including information design and visualisation.
