Descriptif

Sino-Tibetan and beyond discusses important issues in Sino-Tibetan comparison, such as: the A/B distinction, uvulars, presyllables and lenition, morphology; also discusses the evidence for relating Sino-Tibetan and Austronesian, booth sound correspondences and morphology, and presents a general historical scenario involving language family formation and domestication of cereals.
