Descriptif

Ovalie is an experimental platform in the human and social sciences for the observation, analysis and study of eating habits. It capitalizes on the experience of classic tasting rooms used in the wine and food industries, creating “natural” situations that take into account the effects of context and social interaction, thanks to modular spaces.
