A conference based on the results of scientific mobilities organised within the framework of the European vWISE project.

 

Delve into the consequences and solutions of climate change on vines, grapes, and wines. Explore innovative research within the RisevWise project.

Topics: Vine implications to advance about vine adaptations to climate changes, Lowering alcohol content in wine production and the effects on increased grape sugar concentrations, Improvements in the wine making process towards sustainability and safety.
