La première partie de ce vidéogramme est consacrée à la présentation d'une introduction théorique aux principes et aux méthodes chromatographiques. Puis quatre séquences distinctes présentent des applications pratiques de la chromatographie : - Chromatographie de partage, - Chromatographie de filtration sur gel, - Chromatographie d'échange d'ions, - Chromatographie d'affinité.
