Descriptif
Illustration des différentes étapes classiques de la préparation d'un échantillon biologique pour la microscopie électronique par transmission : prélèvement, fixation, inclusion, microtonisation et coloration. Ce vidéogramme a été conçu dans le but de faire comprendre à des étudiants appelés à examiner de plus en plus de micrographies, la complexité et l'importance des différentes étapes de la préparation du matériel soumis à leur observation.
