Issa Traoré alias Ken Lagaré was invited as a guest artist at the University of Lethbridge in January 2021 by Dr Amandine Pras, Assistant Professor of Digital Audio Arts. For a week, he taught workshops and participated in recording sessions with Music Department students. His travel and accomodation expenses were funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), as part of his residency in the Audio Recording Engineer Practicum at the Banff Centre coordinated by James Clemens-Seely.
