In this talk I will review the progress inproviding insight into fundamental aspects of Ascaris physiology andpharmacology and the experimental approaches that have been adopted anddeveloped to facilitate this. The intention is to prompt a discussion of whatshould be prioritised for future investigation and how this can be supported.
